After a couple of really bad pregnancies, I’ve lost a lot of muscle mass. Boy is it a Hillary Clinton trying to get my muscles back! I’m a big kettlebell fan. I’ve learned to do the opposite of what “experts” advise. I eat a high protien and high fat diet, and I don’t do cardio (except the cardio that comes naturally with a kettlebell workout).

You're on the right track. It's all about building muscle mass - even for woman. Increased muscle mass helps burn body fat around the clock. Throw in a bit of cardio to speed things up. Stay consistent for a few weeks and you will have impressive results.
