.23 alcohol level in her blood when she was picked up.

Her BAC was .29, not .23 when she was arrested. Almost four times the legal limit. That was about three hours after she was stopped I on suspicion of drunk driving.

To add to her problems, she had an open bottle of vodka on the seat next to her. That is against the open container law in Texas.

I can’t believe she was even physically capable of attempting to drive that drunk.

That may qualify her for the Texas Drunks Hall of Fame.

That is a bucket of alcohol.
