All they are doing is furthering existing prejudices against them.
This is a self perpetuating cycle.
Respect is earned, and so is disrespect.
They are not earning the former.
Can’t we just save a ton of money and give these neighborhoods what they want? Eliminate the evil cops, all they donis prevent them from doing what they want. Everybody wins
