Reminds me of a crime that occured in my area a several years ago or so. A 25 year old was tossing rocks off of a bridge onto cars on the freeway below. He was caught by a good samaritan, a vietnam veteran. The veteran said (paraphrasing): “At age 21 I was serving my country in Vietnam. At age 25 this guy is throwing rocks off a bridge”
At age 33 this guy is playing the knock out game and assaulting a pregnant woman.
You put yourself liable and bad things happen to you. Never forget where you are or it may be the last thing you forget.
