Definitely not yogurt, unless you use it to make biscuits and gravy. That piece reads like an infommercial for chobani.

Carbs, cholesterol, and caffeine are what you need to start your day.

I would rather not eat than have yogurt. I’ve changed my eating habits in the past few months and now my breakfast is either plain oatmeal, Egg Beaters with a little low fat cheese or ,my favorite, half an avocado on a slice of whole wheat toast. I’ve even found a way to keep the other half fresh until the next day. So far an 18 pound weight loss.
