Turns out the Cop was attempting to arrest Mike Brown for a robbery he was identified as having perpetrated just shortly before at a convenience store for which a bulletin had gone out to the police with a description of him given. So, the Perp was a thief whom the Cop was attempting to arrest when he was shot afte a struggle with the Cop. That’s your boy.
