I agree that is a terrible accusation to make again’st someone. If its a lie that woman needs to seriously go to jail. The guys life will be ruined. If its true well.
I agree. If the charge is proven false she should face the same punish that he would if the charge was true. Not a fan though I have watched a few times. Great Tab Benoit song in the opening credits.
I wouldn’t say that if an accusation such as this proves false then the accuser should go to jail, because I am sure there are times when a parent may make such a charge honestly believing that accusation is true for whatever reason.
But if such an accusation can be shown to be maliciously false, planned and done on purpose to harm an innocent man, then yes, that accuser you go to prison for the same amount of time the victim would have been given IMO.

Hayden is currently raising the daughter he was said to have abused with his new wife, and the girl was reportedly interviewed by Child Protective Services and returned to his home.
Also per the article:
"There was never any impropriety in our home," his older daughter Stephanie, who appears on "Sons of Guns," told TMZ.
Sounds like a vindictive ex girlfriend to me. People seem to either really like or really dislike Will Hayden..... no in-between.
