Russia is pseudo lawless, so people have their own dash cams to document things.

I have seen hundreds on youtube. Look for accidents, failures, etc.

The most famous is the one of the MC crowd attacking the SUV driver in NYC. Not actually a dashcam as it was on the helmet.
