Not to fight bulls in pits. The American Pit Bull Terrier is descended from the Pit Bull Terrier (one of many breeds resulting from crossing terriers with bulldogs), which was bred for bear baiting (no pit involved), bull baiting, and dog fighting (multiple dogs in a pit; last one standing wins).

Anyway, they are wild animals, and should be banned. If people can’t stomach euthanizing them all, then breeding them should be banned, and owning them could become illegal in, say ten years, time enough for them to die out.
