Rush is a citizen of Florida. His program is broadcast in NY. Why is he audited each and every year by NY? Because they can. Methinks Mr. Red fern is gonna pay.

Ive heard Rush talk about this, IIRC Rush says NY taxes him every time he enters the state or some such. Just like during the superbowl, NJ taxed the players on what they made for the game because the got paid in their state............NY/NJ = greedy bastardz

If this company was based in New York, or operated in New York then it is fair game. Heck if the sale took place in New York he might owe sales taxes.
