One thing the computer forensics look for is the real date/time/location they were uploaded - not the date-time it shows in the menu. If they all came from one or two sites or all at once, it’s a pretty sure bet it might have been “pushed” there.
You raise a valid point. I mean, it’s not like LEOs using a “drop gun” or planting evidence is not unheard of.
For decades, even.
Not to mention the “intermittant taillight” or “Your tail-light is out” (as the partner comes up on the passenger side of the automobile and casually smashes it beyond the driver’s view.
