This Stewart deal is really BAD.
I can’t imagine that he will be part of NASCAR going forward either as a driver or owner.
I saw the video and think that Tony just wanted to mess with the young Ward by gunning his motor and maybe spraying him with dirt. Ward walked in way too close, but that won’t be the issue when charges are filed and NASCAR attempts to protect their image.
I’ve always like Tony as a driver and an owner.
It’s a very sad day for the Ward family and my prayers go out to them.
I see it exactly opposite of you. Whatever maneuver Tony made was to try and avoid the young man based on what I’ve read today about how those cars operate. Saw a still photo of the deceased directly in front of Stewart’s car just before impact which I don’t think happened because of anything Tony did.
