Practice makes perfect.....post on....
Here is my example with WFTD.
The gaping maw that is our southern border has virtually guaranteed that our halcyon days as a nation are behind us.
No pushing at the door please!
good morning.
weren’t the halcyonians the ones battlestar galactica was running from?
actually halcylonian from the cylon genus.

Who can forget the halcyon days when the rule of law kept US free and the actions of the feral government made rational sense.
Making sense in terms of making sure we know who is entering the country when there are deadly disease outbreaks and Islamo-fascist terrorism is on the rise once again.
Looks like were on the same page.
I almost rewrote my comment because I couldnt help but have my concerns about the present state of the nation encroach into my thoughts and thus have it far too negative for this early in the morning.
But in retrospect, thats a very difficult task these days.
Today’s Obama, the one that we all see on
TV, shows the “folks” what he’s lousy on
IRS and Benghazi
Thinks Bibi’s a Nazi
When he ran, said his term would be halcyon
yes, it would be far more challenging were we to require that homework assignments deal with the events of the day, use the word and yet be uplifting and inspiring! A+++
BARNEY FRANK CALLED HIM A LIAR. that is all that needs to be said. A++++
"ATTACK--REPEAT--ATTACK"
Those who dont study history are doomed to repeat it. - George Santayana
Yet Those who do study history are doomed to stand by helplessly while everyone else repeats it.
I feel like there is an informed minority that sees what is taking place and thus want to scream at the top of our lungs:
Are you people nuts! Look what is happening! Do something about it!
But I know that wont do any good so I vent here.
So, when there’s a hurricane, things are halcyoff?
i hear professor beaker has a halcyclotron somewhere...
I repeatedly say we have fallen down the rabbit hole/gone through the looking glass and much like Alice we are astounded at all that we see going on around us.
thar she blows! A+++
Has anyone else read Jim Geraghty’s book the Weed Agency? I have to say, I am not impressed and it pains me to say it because I love following him on twitter and I get his daily email which I find very clever, but the book... not so much. I saw all kinds of rave reviews on Twitter by other notable pundits, but I wonder if they were just trying to be nice. I had to stop reading it bc I found it so annoying.
I love that word “halcyon”.
