Does this mean that Jim Fixx would have died at 20 instead of 52 if he was not a runner?
Interesting point since his family did have a history of heart trouble. His dad had two heart attacks, the second one killing him at 43 y/o.
In fact, Fixx had symptoms shortly before he died (the autopsy showed he recently had several small heart attacks) but he continued to ignore them.
