I’m gonna be nitpicky here and say that the Mustang, Camaro and Firebird are pony cars, not muscle cars. And where are the Ford Cobra, Plymouth Roadrunner, and Chevy Impala SS?
Also, why did the Grand National only get an honorable mention?
There's no official definition but I would definitely call the bigger engined Mustangs, Camaros and Firebirds both pony cars and muscle cars.
Muscle car to me means a powerful engine. I think thats a good definition.
Agree with you on All Points. Especially so on the insulting “honorable mention” for the Gran National.
