Interesting things happen when selective breeding focuses on different behavioral traits. There’s the famous case of a Russian exile in Siberia who started breeding foxes by selecting the most compliant and docile personalities.

He ended up with some mellow-tempered dogs ... but they didn’t have the valuable fox pelts. Those fur genes were somehow connected with the aggressive temperament.

So, society will reach the pinnacle when all of the men are happy?

“Cieri said Though it’s not clear what led to decrease in testosterone levels, Cieri says that the decline enabled people to work and learn from each other which led to cultural and technological innovations.”

I’m going to go with bicycle helmets, no playing in the school yard and the elimination of dodge ball.

I’ll add to that the election of liberal women (aka feminazis) to positions of power, where their sole purpose was to emasculate men in the name of the cause.

Now the bitch and moan they can’t find a guy anywhere,

it is idiotic to assume that from skulls.

the older you get, the brow ridges get bigger and more pronounced. there are features of the skull that continue to get larger regardless of more or less testosterone. older’women too.

How I do miss my Middle Paleolithic Era Dodge.

One of Robert Harris’s characters comes out of Soviet prison after 15 years and thinks things have changed while he was away: the boys look like girls and the girls look like whores.

The lowering of testosterone coincided with emergence of traits such as arts and use of tools such as fishing equipment and projectile weapons.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm

Oh yeah, we’ve become so feminine, peaceful and cultured. Modern culture began at least 100,000 years ago, admittedly with an acceleration some 50,000 years ago. We don’t have the evidence to pontificate on whether or not we were terribly violent between 100,000 and 200,000 thousand years but from what we’ve found, violence from animal predators was far more likely than from each other. Neolithic man was more likely to go to war than the hunter gatherers. Yes, we were cannibals from time to time but it was the exception and not the rule.

In short, I think this study may well be PC garbage.

A subcontractor sent out an hispanic guy to our jobsite yesterday that could have been doing GEICO commercials without any makeup.

I’ve never seen anyone quite like it outside of a natural history museum

Beer, farming and animal husbandry led to modern man.

After that all we needed was organized sports, to live vicariously through and big screen TV.

We invented the telephone so girls could talk to each other all day long and we wouldn’t have to.

From there it was a natural decision to create the Internet and porn.

Voila’!

We’re a bunch a layzee asses and we’ll get around to that thing you want...mmmmmm....next week?

Really, lower testosterone levels have been more often seen in criminals according to research reports published during the ‘90s.
