He's not overweight, doesn't smoke, minimal alcohol. He's adopted so we don't know any genetic history.
I personally think no matter what get it checked annually, like it or not. One of my good pals, same age, never had it checked until recently. Guess what? Cancerous, and he's had the surgery and now his penis don't work no more. Just because he never had the prostate checked.

I had an uncle die of colon cancer and he said he was dying because he was embarrassed to get his colon scoped. I got worried and had that and the prostate exam. Very embarrassing, least I thought so. The colostomy showed that I was the not so proud owner of benign whatever you call those things. Now I have to have a colostomy done every 3 years instead of five. Something else to look forward to. So far all my appendages are working fine, at least for now. My grandfather on mom’s side sired his last child at age 70, with my luck it will still work and I will become demented and forget what it is for.
