Following Aprils standoff between federal agents and civilian protesters at the Bundy Ranch in Nevada, tensions on both sides of the issue remained high. What one law enforcement professional posted on social media regarding the incident, however, went far beyond the bounds of policy disagreement.
After publicly fantasizing about blowing a protesters head off with his sniper rifle, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports that [Officer Laws] was soon called out by fellow Facebook user J.L. Bourne.
According to sources within the department, he was transferred out of the SWAT team and placed on patrol duty.

He SHOULD have lost his badge, gun, and any authority whatsoever to act as a “law enforcement officer.”
That’s not much of a price.
Lock up yer dawgs!
Of course, homeland security is full of these people.. and the irony is we’re supposed to be the threat.
Back when I prosecuted, I knew a SWAT office who did the same thing. He’d fantasize about a “head shot”. Real freak.
Agreed. His kind stew in their own juices. Won’t be the last time we hear about this guy, and someone will pay for what idiot boy brought upon himself...
And what of the due process of someone shot by these goons?
So he is still in a position to kill someone under the color of authority? I wonder how many voters in LV are upset by this. Apparently not enough to actually affect the department’s decision making.
All swat teams should be disbanded. That or just declare war on all US citizens.
And once again idiots and Facebook partner up to get the user into trouble. Thank goodness this time. I wonder if Lon Horiuchi has a Facebook page?

A am wondering when the big revolution comes which side will the National Guard, Police, and military be on?

He fantasizes about blowing people’s heads off. Whether you give him a .308 rifle or a handgun, he still has the means to blow heads off. The problem will not be remedied until this guy is put in a purely office-bound capacity, where his fantasies about blowing off heads cannot possibly come to fruition, at least in his official capacity.
You don't understand, the key word there is enforcement
, not law
.
Remember, they want you (the citizen) to
Stop, Drop, and Cower
CWII Spark — Nor a spark, but more a warning; as one person upthread mused: “which side will the National Guard, Police, and military be on?”
Gee, ya think?
I’m not anti-cop. I’m anti bad/dirty cop.
