My husband and I met on a blind date in 1994, right after The Stand was televised. We both loved it...had a lot of fun talking about it at dinner that night.
It is one of the few movies I’d like to see remade.
First time around, they blew their perfect chance by not casting Martin Sheen as The Walking Dude.
He was born for that role.
