I don’t doubt your word re:”has been proven to be not correct” however..
There have been many legal cases that have convicted carriers of the disease that infected unsuspecting women. There was a case in my state about 5 years ago that a guy infected 6 women and is presently serving a very long prison term for doing so. Now one woman might have got it under your premise...but SIX with the same guy?
No doubt that the primary infection rate is man to man...but it also involves hetro partners and their children. And if I look at the infection rate in Africa between man/woman, it does make one wonder.

You have to remember that many people in Africa hold the belief that you can cure AIDS by having sex with a virgin. Many times these virgins are raped, and forcible rape can easily lead to blood transfer.

Well Berdie, this guy probably had sex with dozens of women. The transmission of the disease requires a contact with the blood. That just doesn’t happen with normal sex. Even during ministration. The female sex organs were designed by our Creator to prevent this from happening. The mucus membranes as well as the muscular tissue protect a woman in that respect. Aids, as opposed to other STD’s is very hard to transmit.
Some of the six probably shared a needle with him. Some through anal sex with him. The disease, with very rare exceptions, just isn’t spread through normal sex. If it did, we would really see an epidemic in the hereto population. And we don’t...
In Africa there are many, many rapes which would explain it entering the blood stream. Maybe anal copulation or shared needles for hetero couples in US.
