The complaint isn’t about the noise. Supposedly the complaint is about odors and noxious fumes. And his neighbors have written letters of support.
We have a guy like this in our hood. All weekend long the sound of power tools, hammering, etc., not to mention the stacked lumber in the driveway. Sometimes I have to park in the street. I would say something, but he made me such nice end tables. Plus, he’s a good kisser.
That’s the 1% I save for the people who fill there garage up with stuff and then have 4 or 5 family cars and use up all the on street parking. ;-)
Tired neighbors??
There have been a lot of times I’ve been tired of listening to my neighbors kids screaming too. Can we stop them from having any more kids present in their home today when it was perfectly legal yesterday and last week or month?
I agree with you. There is also the possibility that someone might be trying to sell a nearby home and finding it difficult with all the noise being generated. I would not want to live next door to someone making racket day in and day out. I laud the vet for what he’s doing, but if he’s run afoul of the rules by which he agreed to abide, then he’s in the wrong.
“I’m 99% behind this guy, but there’s that 1% of me that feels for the neighbors who might just be getting tired of all the hammering, power saws, sanders, and general noise all day, every day.”
I thought that it must be the noise too, but the article said he couldn’t paint either. I guess he could be using a sprayer.
