Yep, her family will sue and he will be out on the street at 80 years old which will basically be a death sentence for him. Too many examples of people screwing themselves after they defend themselves. Probably the worst example being Bernard Goetz in New York city who turned himself in and opened his mouth when it was very unlikely he would have been caught. He ended up owing $43 MILLION to one of his muggers.
Never argue with an old man. He has very little to lose. He’ll die soon anyway and may be ready to die any time from now. We all eventually get worn out and fed up with “things”.
