Fastest F1 pit stop: 2.3 secondsApples and oranges. NASCAR has two guys per wheel, and 5 lugs each and refule. F1 has three guys on each wheel and one nut per wheel and no fueling.
NASCAR is pretty damned fast when you actually compare what they have to do.
