Me and my typos. Anyway, I won’t deny they’re scattered around and typically the people that we call rebels are simply military units that have broken off, taken their weapons, and are fighting the central government, as I’m sure is the case here.
It’s just that people are saying that the ONLY way the Buks could be in the hands of the rebels is if Putin personally gave them to the rebels...while that certainly could be true, it DOES NOT have to be the case here.
