So the plan was to . . . arrest a guy hoping that it would cause him to have a coronary for some as yet unknown purpose?You see,....that was not said, was it? The plan was to take him down to the ground and control his physical movement and arrest him. The problem is THEIR actions resulted in the death of this man....not the deceased standing there on the street....not him talking to people walking buy......not him talking to the cops....It was a direct result of these men getting on top of him and one of them choking him. If he had such an illustrious arrest record, they had to have had at least a sketchy medical history,....you know CAD, asthma, etc. The cops acted and their action resulted in this mans death. Under our jurisprudential system if a person gets in a car, drives to the Dairy Queen for an ice cream cone and runs over a child and kills him, involuntary manslaughter will be charged. I suppose you saying he had CAD justified him being killed.
