Strange lights over western Travis county

My wife and I witnessed a single light heading from low in the sky from the Austin area and headed NW over our area in Lago Vista about an hour ago. We were sitting outside waiting for the unusually bright moon to come up which was a bust.
I had just gotten outside after my shower after my shift at the local hardware store, sat down and she said "What the hell is that?" pointing to the east. Whatever it was, was a mercury vapor colored light traveling at a high rate of speed and broke into two lights. No sonic boom, just one light that broke into two lights.

Were any of you outside about 9 PM? That was the strangest thing we have ever seen. And no, I had only had one beer since I got off work at 630 and had to water the grass on our official watering day.

Nope. Way too fast. Too low and broke into two lights. The ISS goes from NW to SE when it comes over us.
