In fact, even Sen. Feinstein concedes that the law already contains a provision for exceptional circumstances...
In no F'in way was this intended for Obama to ram through 300,000 children & adult illegals....A higher court could clarify this for the administrative immigration courts in 2 seconds...

I agree, Obama has his agenda, but if any of those 30,000 have suffered abuse at home, or suffered abuse when they were by themselves as they fled a drug infested village, or suffered abuse at the hands of their captors who used them as drug mules, how can we in good conscience send them away? Sure, we cannot help all of them, but just like Jesus we can save some, and set a quota on those we can help. We cannot take in the whole planet, but we mustn’t let that strawman stop us from helping many of those 30,000 who may have suffered abuse.
