Sanity appears to have prevailed in Manassas, Virginia, where authorities had planned to chemically induce an erection in a 17-year-old boy accused of making child pornography of himself by sending explicit photos to his 15-year-old girlfriend.
The aunt says she's glad police are dropping the plan, but she won't be satisfied until they drop what she says are overblown felony charges of manufacture and possession of child pornography.

Or Penthouse or Oui...
a 17 being charged for sending pictures to a 15 year old. In aMuslim ccountry, they would ask the 17, "What took you so long?"

I’ll bet the DA convinced them that evidence manufactured by the hand of a nurse wouldn’t stand up in court.

I agree that this isn’t Kiddie Porn. It’s juvenile idiocy.

I can imagine the police handing the boy a Playboy magazine, looking at him sternly and saying: “Well?”

"Imagine the cops in that PD who are crushed, simply crushed with disappointment." I guess we could send them flowers and candy to make them feel better.

"Ill bet the DA convinced them that evidence manufactured by the hand of a nurse wouldnt stand up in court." The police had obtained a warrant, so it is likely that the DA knew the details of the case. I think it was the adults in the community whose anger probably ultimately made the police back off.

At 17 all I needed was a Playboy magazine. At that age, a warm breeze...
