Actually they can. It’s called IVF. No need of a man. No need to have sex. Just a visit to the doctor, who may in fact be female. You all may call this ludicrous but others claim it is just one more way males have been diminished in our society.

IVF requires a man to masturbate in a cup. They do not have fake sperm and will not have for the foreseeable future if at all.
They use IVF exclusively in the cattle and milk farming. The sperm is supplied by Bull Farms.
