Actually it was stuffed. With foam. It was a hairband. A bunch of old ladies were wearing them; and after we polka’ed with them, they presented us with the festive (for Thanksgiving was near) hairbands.

I gotta say, there is unlikely to be a single polka or tarantela played at our daughter’s wedding in Sept. and no $ dance! oh the old ways are falling by the wayside.
