The fun-loving, fleet-footed team in orange has formally donned the black hat.
One of its top players falls down more than a Hollywood stunt man with vertigo. Its coach acts as though hes the smartest man in every room (and he very well might be). And the Netherlands has already ousted two plucky underdogs fan favorites Mexico and Costa Rica from the tournament.
No, the Dutch team might not win many popularity contests at this World Cup, but the Oranje might finally have the squad capable of winning the sports biggest title.
We have to be a bit lucky, Netherlands Coach Louis van Gaal said Tuesday. The coin has to face your way, as we say in Dutch.

Riot police move in amid violent scenes on Copacabana beach as Brazil humiliated 7-1 by Germany
"It looked like a game between adults and children," wrote the prominent sports analyst Juca Kfouri on his blog. "Brazilian football has never experienced such humiliation."

Brazil played like they didn’t want to be there after the first goal. Muller was left wide open on the left side of the net on a corner for that first goal, and from there is what downhill. Better had they lost 2-0, or in OT etc. However, it’s a sport, and anything can happen. I’m sure Germany has had teams that could have won the Cup, but didn’t in the past.
Is that one of the midfielders?
Brazil looked like the Faeroe Islands out there in that six minutes.
Will Brazil Show up for the Third Place game? Or will they fold like the US Hockey team in the recent Winter Olympics?
