I was replying to the ease of finding folks to do worthwhile endeavors. Becoming a Navy SEAL is a worthwhile endeavor, loaded with personal danger and for not particularly great pay. AND it's bloody well difficult to accomplish. Yet the Navy has no trouble finding people willing to try.
Then we have this abortionist puling about how hard it is to find a successor. It's a relatively easy thing to do, and pays well (apparently). BUT ... he can't find anyone who wants the job.
Very telling, IMO.
