How? Really, are you that dense? He had “control” by fact of a dominant position. In his position he could have easily cuffed her, not continued the beating. That much is obvious.
Look, I’m not the expert, it seems that you are. He had a dominant position if he wanted to inflict injury, but (and i’m just going on the video here), that’s not what he wanted...he just wanted her to stop thrashing around and whatever else she was doing and get the cuffs on. Which happened quickly enough once the other fellow showed up and rolled the woman over on her stomach so that the officer could get her hands behind her back and apply the cuffs.
But I’m still trying to figure out how he could have so easily applied the cuffs without injuring her...again, I’m no expert, but as I understand it, you want the hands behind the back, and since handcuffs are oval, and not round, you have to put them on so that they are aligned with the wrist bones, otherwise you can really jack someone up.
So, how do you do that from the position they were both in? Really, I’d like to know how. You insist it’s easy, so surely it can’t be that hard to explain. Pray, enlighten me.
