What you are not paying attention to, is where this occurred.
She was on a metropolitan freeway in the middle of the day, for crying out loud. He had to stop her. Period. Right then.
She wasn’t injured.
At least that is what I understood.
I am not saying the guy was right. But I’m not saying he was wrong either.
He stopped her. And she was not injured.
Could have turned out a lot worse.
