So, we should support anything that comes down the road, never mind the fact that we are running a business and just because someone has a new toy, doesn't mean we're going to support it. We support over 400 Windows servers, now I'm supposed to support a MAC, does a MAC have WSUS or System Center to apply the patch Tuesday patches or push out software?
I'm dying to see how our proprietary software would run on a MAC in native mode, not running Windows 7 in a VM. Yet in a MAC world, that is perfectly OK, yes, spend more money for a MAC so I can run 7 in a VM, makes perfect business sense.
The bottom line, MACS are more expensive and they don't do anything special that would require creating an infrastructure to support them.
Boy, MAC fanboys are clueless and I like MACs.
