My USA owned and operated employer makes a lot of Chrysler parts though. Honda, VW, Ford, GM and a host of foreign owned electronics makers for many other auto makers as well. Jobs are jobs
Dodge is part of Chrysler which is owned by Fiat an Italian Corporation. I think what they are saying is that particular Dodge Model is Manufactured and assembled in America.
I will never buy a car from any company that took bail-out money. . .money that was used to cover for union excesses, fraud and abuse.
