“Her case was moved from an adult court — where she faced up to 80 years in prison — to the juvenile system.”

SMH. I get the point of the juvie system, and I’m fine with it for the kid who does something dumb but can be straightened out. (I can think of at least one guy in my high school that benefited greatly from getting the crap scared out of them by a judge, followed a brief stint in the local youth facility).

When you have someone who delights in inflicting suffering on another human being, though, especially one who inflicts that suffering on a helpless individual, you are WAY beyond stupid teenage stunts. This girl is a sociopath. I would lay money she’s not the least bit remorseful for her actions. I’d also lay money that eventually, this girl and her accomplice would have killed the victim in this case.

Lock her up, throw away the key. Or, failing that, buy her a house when she gets out. One right next door to the brilliant judge that decided this monster should go to kiddie court.

“This girl is a sociopath.” This girl AND her 15 year old friend! There were two involved. Both should be sent up the river.

I suspect Bush agreed to plead guilty in exchange for the move to kiddie court.
