I think part of it is the changes in society in last 40 to 50 years.

Part of that has to do with sexual boundaries. Sexual boundaries of any kind have dissolved since the sexual revolution of the ‘60s.

This girl, being in her 40s, grew up in a culture in which it’s considered okay to have sex with anybody, any number of partners, any gender of partners. There are no sexual taboos anymore. Yes I know adult child sex is illegal, but to the twisted minds who have been raised in a sexually permissive culture, legalities such as those don’t matter.

Add in the overlay of homosexuality in the schools, such as Gay Straight Alliance Clubs in so many schools, and you have a situation in which the adults, teachers, just don’t see any moral or ethical boundaries regarding their sexual behavior.
