I personally know a world-renowned mathematician who privately attributes his discoveries to LSD and mushrooms.

I also know many extraordinarily brilliant researchers and inventors who use psychedelics for creativity sessions.

Since they are highly illegal to even touch, people with a reputation to maintain will not admit to it.

Psychedelics are dangerous when abused for fun but can definitely be responsibly used as powerful brainstorming tools for creative types.

I am well aware of the sort of things you are saying.

I used to believe such things 30 years ago.

Cary Mullis, who invented the polymerase chain reaction and deseverdly won the Nobel Prize for it, said the idea came to him under the influence of LSD.
