“We the People,” by God’s providence, formed the Constitution of the United States of America. It was a “Model of Liberty.” Its laws favored no people and insured peace and protection for its citizens. It promoted prosperity and every liberty imaginable to a free nation.
America became the greatest nation on earth. “We the People” were united by freedom’s cause. There were no bounds of opportunity in this free society. “We the People” dreamed big dreams, and Yankee ingenuity yielded monetary rewards. “We the People” spoke freely, worshipped freely, and taught their children the benefits of living in a republic, where all were represented equally. “We the People” generously helped other nations. My Grandfather went home to be with Jesus almost 8 years ago now... He was a great story teller of family history and witness of many miracles in his 93 years of life and testimony. One of my last memories of a “new story” came on a visit when I stayed up late with him and we happened to be watching news coverage after 9-11 and George Bush ended his speech with his usual May God Bless America and my Grandfather said to me, “you know, I was sitting here watching the news late one night about a month or two ago, and had heard the same words come out of our Presidents mouth and no sooner than he finished, I heard the words, America has turned her back on me and I will not be blessing her until her people come back to me” He said he turned and looked around, thinking somebody had walked into the living room behind him, but nobody was there... He told me, he wished he was not alone at the time, because was pretty sure the words were aloud and not just something he heard in his head... But either way, he believed God talked to him and I Have to Believe he did too....
Simple! The people took the easy way out over the last century by allowing the country to morph into “We the government.”

I, too, had a Word from the Lord on 9/11 in the form of a song. That morning my friend called me and said urgently, “Turn on the television. I’m coming over. We have to pray for America.”
We watched in disbelief as the second plane hit the towers and after we prayed, I sat down at the piano. A patriotic melody came forth along with the words, “America, America.” The lyrics of the song was based on 2 Chronicles 7:14 and “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord.”
On the 10th anniversary of 9/11 I was led to write another song, “Zion, Your Redeem Will Come” based on the entire chapter of Isaiah 59.
“God Bless America” ought to be America Bless God.”

Thanks for the Link! and Thanks for the OP, my wife shared it on F/B. All of us conservatives need to get as proficient as the left using social media to spread this sort of message. People need to wake up and realize the vocal minority dragging this country down, is just that, a minority. But they are VERY Vocal and we need to learn to be just as Vocal in opposition... The left wants to boycott Christian companies like Hobby Lobby and Chick-fil-a, we need to take their lists of Companies to boycott and look to that list first when you go to make a purchase and especially American Owned companies in their cross hairs. The gun control crowd is so happy about all the recent business’ that have banned guns in their stores and restaurants... and organizing to support them, We need to stay away and let them know why, because we don’t like being targets in gun free zones.
