I watch carefully when I am downloading anything. The snuck chrome in on me once. I trust them more than many sites. I always delete Norton now. They never paid their promised rebate and messed my computer up on top of that. I have been trying to get rid or the free candy virus on another computer. One anti-virus checked and found 1400 problems and then wanted me to pay to get rid of the virus. I got rid of the extortion in stead.

It got me recently and it took malwarebytes to get rid of a pest with the name Aztec in it.
I had to go into safe mode to delete the folder, change the add on in IE, and reset Chrome to defaults.
