From his appearances the last two days, he is now in full subversion mode and I think he is trying to pull the trigger before having to worry about whether or not the Republican Party will regain control of the Senate.
At the blazing speed of the in-your-face tactics, he is praying for the one “crisis” that will give him the power to suspend the Constitution and declare Martial Law.
Whether he would abide by legislative obstructionism or not is no longer a question. He is in full Cloward-Piven mode now and all that remains is to see if he really has the support to pull it off.
