Probably the #1 giveaway when it comes to psychopaths are their lack of authentic emotion, you will see them acting pretentious or over-acting an emotion simply because they do not feel emotions. Al Gore is el primo example. He is without question a psychopath. Remember his kiss with Tipper and the eye rolling when he was debating Bush? That’s just how psychopaths act. Completely devoid of emotion, like being blind and pretending to see. He acts like that all the time. Oh, or when he gets “angry” remember that when he was making pretend he was angry at the “climate deniers” and he screamed at the top of his lungs? Just completely over the top because he has no idea what anger is.
For people who don’t want to take chances, but want to make ABSOLUTELY SURE they are voting for a psychopath: Just vote for the pro-abortion candidate.

However, I differ with you a little @ the anger thing.
Their 2 primary “go-to” responses are
- rage (when their attempts to control are thwarted)
- hate (when the falsely-constructed mask slips & they are outed)
Their other ‘common presentation’ is sadness, often tending toward despair. It’s how they suck their victims in.
