I think he actually got better after he died. Personally I’d modify the rules to require that actual flesh has to be bitten off in order for it to be a foul. OK, if it’s a vital organ or intestines or something it’ll probably be a red card. For a repeat offense.

He should have been red-carded, sent off (leaving them with 10 men), and at least a free kick awarded. Pepe got red-carded in Spains first game, for a lot less. Suarez has a reputation for doing this. Not cool. What a jerk.
