Can’t someone be charged with theft by deception?
I have the white trash granny in mind. She doesn’t look like a stranger to the clink.
I would hope they would get a visit from child welfare.
It would not surprise me if they deliberately put that toddler in there with those dogs so they could use her injuries for a fundraiser — but the injuries turned out to be worse than they expected.
I have not heard from or seen a mother or father — are they in the picture anywhere???
