Hi, Alan! Yes, it was a great time. We had too much stuff to get done (am not getting all the housework I should’ve done). Lloyd Marcus was there, and I hate we didn’t stay to meet him, but we had to get going after Chris spoke. Just now, I sent a message to Lloyd through Steve and DeeAnn Stone, who run RenewAmerica.com. Lloyd and I both are columnists for Renew America, and I told him I wished we had had time to say hello to him. Oh, well. A busy, busy day!
Keith’s smoking some pork ribs after a thunderstorm delayed his firing up the Green Egg.
How was your time in Montreal? You’re an international businessman! :-) What are you drinking?
Montreal is very nice until you realize everyone you see is asking for more than 50%+ of each dollar you earn for their own consumption in some way. That said it's charming in the warm months. Lots of feminine women which is nice. The cities are refreshingly nonviolent.
I'm drinking Michelob Ultra punctuated with Captain Morgan.
So what chances do you have with these politicians? Being in MD, that is a foreign world to me...
