A jobless father who has had 26 children by 15 different women while receiving more than £500,000 in benefits has criticised the governments welfare cap.
Peter Rolfe was criticised earlier this year when he claimed in an interview that his local councils refusal to give him a bigger house violated his human rights.
The 64-year-old is appearing in new Channel 5 series Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole, in which he claims his home in Newport, Isle of Wight, is not big enough and like a prison cell.
It had been reported that Rolfe had 18 kids by 10 women, but he has now revealed he has 14 boys and 12 girls.
It really is difficult to keep track when youve had 26 kids with so many different women, said Rolfe, who claims £800 a week in handouts.
Peter Rolfe: Father with 26 children attacks welfare cuts on Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole Channel 5 documentary Peter Rolfe has claimed the dole for 20 years (Picture: Channel 5) I think the benefits system is at fault, not the parents. The government said: we will pay for your child care so therefore you will stay at home.
He added: You have women that like you and once they get you they try to change you. They become pregnant and things like that.
Some of them I believe got pregnant on purpose. Its just so unfortunate so many women have fallen pregnant. Either Im virile or they just fall pregnant quickly.
In the new documentary, Rolfe also complains the government benefits cap means his children cant have the other stuff children get [like] PlayStations [and] Xboxes.
Episode two of Channel 5s Benefits Britain: Life On The Dole, airs on June 23 at 9pm.
I didn't know that Da Vinci was a bastard.
But I DID know about William...1066, a date etched in MY mind. I read his story a long time ago.
At the age of 8, William the Conqueror became duke of Normandy. Violence plagued his early reign, but with the help of King Henry I of France, William managed to survive the early years.
=====================================
From the Internet
1. William was of Viking origin. Though he spoke a dialect of French and grew up in Normandy, a fiefdom loyal to the French kingdom, he and other Normans descended from Scandinavian invaders. Williams great-great-great-grandfather, Rollo, pillaged northern France with fellow Viking raiders in the late ninth and early 10th centuries, eventually accepting his own territory (Normandy, named for the Norsemen who controlled it) in exchange for peace.
=====================================
2. The product of an affair between Robert I, duke of Normandy, and a woman called Herleva, William was likely known to his contemporaries as William the Bastard for much of his life. His critics continued to use this moniker (albeit behind his back) even after he defeated the English at the Battle of Hastings and earned an upgrade to William the Conqueror.
=====================================
3. At first, Williams future bride wanted nothing to do with him. When he asked for the hand of Matilda of Flanders, a granddaughter of Frances King Robert II, she demurred, perhaps because of his illegitimacy or her entanglement with another man. According to legend, the snubbed duke tackled Matilda in the street, pulling her off her horse by her long braids. In any event, she consented to marry him and bore him 10 children before her death in 1083, which plunged William into a deep depression.
=====================================
4. William couldnt bear any disrespect toward his mother. During his siege of Alençon, a disputed town on the border of Normandy, in the late 1040s or early 1050s, residents are said to have hung animal hides on their walls. They mocked him for being the grandson of a tanner, referring to the occupation of his mothers father. To avenge her honor, he had their hands and feet cut off.
=====================================
5. Illiterate like most nobles of his time, William spoke no English when he ascended the throne and failed to master it despite his efforts. Thanks to the Norman invasion, French was spoken in Englands courts for centuries and completely transformed the English language, infusing it with new words.
=====================================
6. Williams jester was the first casualty of the Battle of Hastings, at which the Normans defeated the English army in October 1066. As the story goes, the hapless entertainer rode beside William during the invasion, lifting his mens spirits by singing about heroic deeds. When they reached enemy lines, he taunted the English by juggling his sword and was promptly killed, initiating the historic skirmish.
=====================================
7. William was touchy about his weight. Described as strapping and healthy in his earlier years, he apparently ballooned later in life. It is said that King Philip of France likened him to a pregnant woman about to give birth. According to some accounts, the corpulent conqueror became so dismayed with his size that he devised his own version of a fad diet, consuming only wine and spirits for a certain period of time. It didnt work.
=====================================
8. At his funeral, Williams body apparently exploded. He died after his horse reared up during a 1087 battle, throwing the king against his saddle pommel so forcefully that his intestines ruptured. An infection set in that killed the king several weeks later. As priests tried to stuff William into a stone coffin that proved too small for his bulk, they pushed on his abdomen, causing it to burst. Mourners supposedly ran for the door to escape the putrid stench.
=====================================
9. Millions of people are thought to descend from William the Conqueror. Every English monarch that followed him, including Queen Elizabeth II, is considered a descendant of the Norman-born king. According to some genealogists, more than 25 percent of the English population is also distantly related to William, as are countless Americans with British ancestry.
=====================================
10. William, an Old French name composed of Germanic elements (wil, meaning desire, and helm, meaning protection), was introduced to England by William the Conqueror and quickly became extremely popular. By the 13th century, it was the most common given name among English men. Today it ranks eighth, and some have predicted that the future crowning of another King William will propel the name back to the top.
William the Bastard... that one was actually pretty simple, without resorting to the internet.
Point is, God will order their lives, regardless of where they came from.
Much as I don't want the father breeding... I will not hold that against the child.

In my youth such people as him were usually referred to as white n-words.
Best point all day, but what is the chance of that hapenning, espcially in Britain? The further mankind strays from the truths of the Bible, the more problems there are.
Doesn't ruin the oysters? But a stockman Knife
Was designed for this job.
By that time, the rubber bands and nutting pliars were fine by me. I can eat baloney sammiches on white bread if I want something tasteless and rubbery.
Then we let them go.
They hold grudges. I swear they do.

Well . . . . . Wouldn't you?
Perhaps that explains why eunuchs have such bad reputations down through history.
Does he teach his sons his trade? Does he take them from the council estates to the dole office to help them fill out their first UB40? Does he tell them to go on the days the dust man makes his rounds because it's less crowded? Does he teach them rhyming slang and take them out on the pitch to play footie?

Post of the day. LOL
lol
The idea that the government should pay for his welfare, his affairs, his offspring, and otherwise preserve and protect his lifestyle is not only a sign of a broad mental illness, but this mental illness is the major contributing factor to landslide victories for candidates that promise government intervention from cradle to grave for those types who are as lazy as the guy described in this article.
In the end, its not about patriotism, freedom, independence, or self-reliance, but its about laziness and the desire to have someone else paying for an unproductive lifestyle.
What depraved or desperate woman would bed THIS? He is plug ugly and filthy-looking. They must want to degrade themselves to the level of sow to procreate with this thing.
Geez..he looks like Santa.
The women are more irresponsible than he is. The man has no
respect for the women either. Bad situation all around.
I doubt he has much to do with them. Why would he? He's into making babies, not nurturing them.
