Bingo! Way too many people equate graduate degrees with intelligence. I know many people with unimpressive intelligence who have college degrees, and many HIGHLY intelligent folks who couldn’t afford to go to college or simply had other aspirations.
I happen to be a college graduate with a bachelors degree, but I’ll be the first to admit that you don’t HAVE to go to college to become smart or successful. Sad to say, when I see or hear of people who went to “Ivy Leagues” schools, I actually think they are more likely to be DUMBED DOWN as a result of all their exposure to left-wing indoctrination!
For years I worked in a department staffed by 50% college grads, and 50% high school grads. When the highly educated employess took on and eventually screwed up a project, they were told, “Thank you very much. We’re finished here.” Then the rest of us were called in to fix the mess and make the system, project, etc., work.
