one anonymous phone call will change your life forever as in someone calling CPS and reporting you on fabricated charges.
Children are lifted from their schools or these people show up at the door with and even without warrants and remove your kids.
At your hearing the scatology flows and the burden of proof falls on you and throughout your children are gone.
Now this all happens within a civil court where there is no swearing in,many times simply statements from others,no witnesses produced etc.
This family made the mistake of disagreeing with the physician who then twisted it into a denial of treatment as they did not consent.
Then it went to the “state” mandatory reporting system and that’s how this situations started. The state took over.
Disagree with a sacred social worker,the same.

Let me tell you something-my adult aged disabled son was cleared for discharge,wanted to come home and was not denied the right to return to his home and family and a social worker took it upon herself to illegally transfer him to a respite facility where the service provider then inserts him into the foster care system.They were told to send my son home. He also told them he wanted to go home repeatedly.

There was no APS involvement, no charges or crimes and remains unknown WHAT this social worker charted as the excuse to remove him from his safe and stable home.

In between someone initiates the policies of isolation etc. and again,based on what ?
He was disappeared, we did not know where he resided, had no contact,then we were permitted supervized visitation once every other week at a day program;s location, and monitored speaker phone calls limited to 2 a week- and still no one in Texas would help me to get him released and then he winds up ward of the courts. I am not the guardian,did not want guardianship to begin with. My son should have been discharged to his home and family to begin with.
Individual warehousing him received in excess of 2400/month.
there were no charges or crimes and I HAD a pristine record prior to my hearing where I had charactor assassination performed etc and OF COURSE THE TX BAR and BODA endorse this behavior.
This action cost us more than 10Gs which we could not afford either.
This crap goes on daily.

believe it and unless individuals present federal lawsuits on their own, no one ELSE will.
There is no accountability.

These courts,their judges and ad litems,,disciplinay councils and appeals ,etc are all spokes on the same wheel.

these alleged protective agencies,these advocacy groups,rights groups are all enablers in this game.
Telling our stories will not end the illegalities and THEY firmly believe that advocacy and petioning the law makers will bring change.
uuuH excUse me BUT,HOW MANY YEARS are you petitioning and what has changed ?

Politicians refuse to “go there” as these probate courts,guardianships,foster care are real time money makers and a nonstop industry and “someone” had to approve these laws and codes to begin with.

search out guardian abuse and sue CPS,fight cps —stories are REAL and horrific.
mine is nothin—he’s home,we live under the court for a lifetime and they can bang in here any time they want with a warrant on more trumped up crap and remove him or simply go and get him from his day program,
TX code allows for ex parte hearings .

so,never EVER argue with a doctor or a social worker and may the Almighty keep CPS away from your door.
