The game yesterday summarizes why people in US don’t really care for soccer as an every day sport...

US scores in the first minute... NO ONE scores again for 90 minutes... 2 goals in the last 4 minutes...

Sounds a lot like NASCAR... Watch the last 25 laps...

First of all, you don’t speak for me. Secondly, if the rules were changed (NFL-like) to make the typical score 35-24, you wouldn’t watch anyway. Just admit it.

If you complain about low scoring in soccer, let me ask you this? What if in American football a touchdown was only worth a point?

And baseball can have hours between runs, and gridiron can have tens of minutes/hrs between scores.
